The Story of a Loic

I was driving on an open license from overseas and needed to pass my Australian license asap to remain lawful.
I had only one week to book a driving test, pass the writing test, take two driving lessons with Absolute Driver Training (Allan) and pass the driving test.
It all happened so fast!!!!
In only two driving lessons Allan showed me everything I had to know to be successful at the test.
The lessons were extremely focused on the driving part but Allan is also very entertaining and have hundreds of stories to tell. You are never bored .
How did I go with the driving test ???????
I PASSED IT WITH ABSOLUTELY NO POINTS LOST thanks to Absolute Driver Training (did you notice the wordplay!?).
I suggest Allan as a trainer for anyone on an overseas open license wanting to obtain a QLD license.

I got my L’s when I turned 16 and I spent the first 10 months learning to drive in my mums automatic Yaris. Mum then said to me that she would prefer me to learn to drive a manual car over an automatic and doing so would be having valuable skills in life I would never regret. I wasn’t too keen on the idea at first but when I met Alan and had my first lesson he was very informative and made me feel very comfortable and confident driving his car and I enjoyed every lesson I had with him. I have already recommended Al to one of my friends and I will continue to do so, as well as to anyone else because I believe that he is a great driving instructor and iappreciate him for taking me under his wing to teach me how to drive and be a safe driver on the roads. I really recommend Alan as a great driving instructor. He is friendly, patient and very kind. He taught me to drive a manual with confidence. If you’re a typical student , you will be wanting to get your licence as fast as possible for as cheap as possible ! We understand.

We recommend that you use a combination of parents and a driving school (preferably ours !) to accumulate your log book hours.

Falsifying your log book hours doesn’t really do you any favours. It may seem the easy way, but what it really does is shortchanges you on the experience you need to cope with driving on our roads.

10 hours spent with a qualified instructor counts for 30 hours on your log book, so while it does hit you in the hip pocket, it also gives you quality instruction by a trainer fully conversant with the current road rules and systems.

It is our experience that often, despite their best intentions, parents sometimes confuse their children by incorrectly interpreting, and sometimes simply breaking the road rules.
